Sunday Mornings

Highams Park Baptist Church continues to operate within Government guidelines for places of worship. Details can be found in the leaflet "Guidance on attending Highams Park Baptist Church during Covid-19 restrictions".

We are meeting on Sunday mornings at 10am.

Sunday Service

The Sunday morning service starts at 10 am and lasts about thirty minutes. Services include readings, prayers, reflections and a sermon. Chairs are spaced to ensure social distancing and congregational singing is not possible at the moment.

Communion

Sharing communion as a church is not possible at present. Use this liturgy to celebrate communion at home either alone or with members of your household.

(We have been unable to get the Matter Transfer Beam working on YouTube so you'll need to provide your own bread and wine!)

Church Members Meetings

Church Members meetings are held bi-monthly (and sometimes more often) immediately (11.30ish) after refreshments on a Sunday morning.

Within the Baptist tradition each Church is regarded as a separate body and decisions are made by the membership thinking, praying and sharing together. Membership at Highams Park Baptist Church is open to anyone who believes and trusts in Jesus as Saviour and Lord, and who is ready to commit themselves to belonging to the Church in this definite way. Speak to Rosemary if you would like to talk about becoming a Church member
